Whether you're ordering Ox Strong gear, apparel, or anything else built to back your training grind—we’ve got your shipping handled. Here's everything you need to know:

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  2. We hustle to ship fast, but we also believe in doing it right—quality checks are part of the deal.

  3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the U.S.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships—because no one likes guessing games when they’re waiting for gains gear.

With Economy or Standard shipping, domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to the recipient’s address.

Shipping combines production and delivery time, so faster shipping options both print and ship quicker .

Delays & Issues

We’re not Amazon’s warehouse, but we are committed. That said, once a package is in transit, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, reach out and we’ll do our best to set things right.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ox Strong, every item you order is made just for you—printed on demand, powered by purpose, and packed with sweat-ready style. Because of this custom approach, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

We’re strong, but we’re not mind readers—so please double-check your sizing and product details before ordering.

If Something’s Wrong With Your Order?

Mistakes happen—we’re human (and so are our printers). If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we’ve got your back.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos clearly showing the problem

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost—or issue a full refund. No need to return the item. Just show us what went wrong and we’ll make it right.
